What is ASA?
ASA stands for Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate, a high-performance thermoplastic polymer.Chemically, ASA is similar to ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), but the butadiene (rubber) component is replaced with acrylate rubber, which makes ASA far more resistant to sunlight and outdoor weathering.
It’s a UV-resistant, weather-resistant engineering plastic.
