Outdoor Decking

Outdoor areas are harsh environments. CopoSurface outdoor composite decking is engineered around safety, stability and long-term appearance:

• High slip resistance – Surface tested to AS 4586, reaching up to P5 / R13 in wet and oil-wet conditions. Suitable for pool decks, outdoor showers and frequently washed areas.

• Strong and stable core – Flexural strength around 44 MPa and modulus of elasticity around 2600 MPa give the deck a solid feel when installed with correct joist spacing.

• Low water absorption – Typically < 1% water absorption and < 0.1% thickness swelling, helping reduce warping and swelling in outdoor weather.

• Tested in temperature and freeze–thaw cycles – After repeated high–low temperature cycles, performance changes are generally within ±10%, supporting long-term use in different climates.

• Low maintenance – No annual painting or staining, no splinters, and easy cleaning with water and mild detergent.
